Leadership & Management for Volunteer Managers

Lunch included! Curious about your leadership style and how others perceive it? Too often, we get caught up in day-to-day tasks and overlook our approach to leading and managing others. This course helps you explore your leadership style and develop strategies to become a more effective, empowering leader—because great leadership is about making those around you stronger.

Where: Civic Centre
Time: Coffee at 9 a.m., workshop from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m
Cost: $30 ($24 for non-profits)
