Nov. 15 | 12-3 p.m. | Leduc Recreation Centre (Curling Rink Lobby)
Help shape the future of Leduc’s neighbourhoods!
Imagine walking down the sidewalk and seeing homes with front-drive garages, rowhomes, garden suites or low-rise apartments and think about what you want to see.
Join us for an interactive drop-in session to explore how Leduc’s neighbourhoods could evolve in the years ahead. At the exploring possibilities phase of the project, this drop-in session will allow you to:
Learn what a Land Use Bylaw is and why it matters
Explore how different types of housing fit within existing and new communities
Share your thoughts on neighbourhood scale, design, and livability
Help shape the direction of new zoning regulations
Your input will directly inform the Land Use Bylaw Renewal, guiding how we plan for housing, growth, and complete, livable communities.
Drop in, explore the possibilities, and help shape the future of Leduc.
About the Land Use Bylaw Renewal Project
The City of Leduc is renewing its Land Use Bylaw – the bylaw that guides how land is used and developed across the city. This renewal will modernize our approach to development and change, to better reflect the community’s needs.
