For millennia humans fermented vegetables to stay nourished through the winter months - this workshop is both a nod to the past, while reviving this ancient tradition with modern flavours and technology.

With well over a decade of fermented experience he’s finally sharing the guiding principles and technical know-how so that you can undertake fermented projects like these with confidence. He will not only ensure you leave this workshop with a great, interactive experience, but will answer any and all questions related to fermentation, food safety, and any related concerns. Learn first hand from his mistakes, research, and experimentations, and go home confident that you can make fermented goodies at home to share with loved ones (or horde to yourself).
