Who is 'Rizzo'?Gianluca Austin Rizzo's love for wine began in his youth, exploring his grandfather's vineyards in Copertino, Puglia, Southern Italy (psst...we even have some wines from this vineyard in store!).In 1999, aged just 17, Gianluca moved to the UK, beginning his career at the Waterside Inn at Bray, a 3 Michelin star restaurant under the guidance of Michel Roux!
