Allow me to hold space for you as you connect directly to the other side whether that's with lost loved ones, meeting your spirit guides or channeling other sentient beings. This unique form of hypnosis completely eliminates the need for a psychic medium as it allows YOU to connect and communicate for yourself while simultaneously learning how YOU uniquely connect to spirit.

Through a combination of binaural beats, guided hypnosis, and a silent headphone journey, you’ll access three natural brainwave states of Alpha, Theta, and Delta to tap into your superconscious mind where intuitive connection is supported.

What to Expect: The Workshop Flow

To help you feel grounded and supported throughout the journey, here’s how our time together will unfold:

1. Opening Circle & Warm Welcome

We begin by settling into the space, grounding our energy as a group, and creating a safe, sacred container for the experience ahead.

2. Group Q&A + Understanding the Process

I’ll walk you through how hypnosis works, how connection to the other side naturally unfolds, and answer any questions so your mind feels calm and ready.

3. Intention Setting

You’ll get clear on what you want from this session — whether that’s meeting a guide, visiting a loved one, receiving guidance, or exploring your own higher consciousness.

4. The Silent Headphone Journey

You’ll lie down on your yoga mat as we begin the immersive binaural beat + hypnosis experience designed to guide you into Alpha, Theta, and Delta states where connection becomes possible.

5. Guided Connection to the Other Side

This is where your personal journey unfolds. You’ll follow my voice as you access your superconscious mind and open the channel to whatever connection you came for.

6. Gentle Return & Grounding

Soft frequencies and grounded guidance bring you back into your body feeling renewed, centered, and clear.

7. Optional Group Share

For anyone who feels called, we close with a brief integration circle where you may share your experience, ask questions, or simply listen and absorb.

More Details:

+ This is a laying-down experience on a yoga mat (bring a pillow/blanket if you'd like!)

+ This is a headphone experience, and I will provide the headphones but your fully charged mobile device will be needed to connect the Bluetooth headphones.

+ This hypnosis session uses sound frequencies through binaural beats to access different brainwave states. These are the brainwave states you go in and out of all throughout your day, like when you're relaxing, daydreaming, zoning out, or falling asleep - we are simply accessing them on purpose!

+ If you don't want to be in the hypnotic state anymore, just simply open your eyes that's how simple it is! In hypnosis, you are fully conscious and in control the entire time!

+ Simply show, relax, and enjoy this very intimate experience.

This is a beautiful and intimate experience that I hope everyone can get a chance to try at least once in their life. Some people use it purely to visit their lost loved ones, while others are just seeking guidance from above, and others do it for their own spiritual development to access to higher states of consciousness. This is where learning the art of channeling of multi-dimensional beings comes into play.
