We will kick off the 2026 Gold Prospecting Season in Indiana with The Indiana Gold & Treasure Show. This year we will be at the Boone County Fairgrounds, located in the Farm Bureau Community Building Auditorium, at 1300 E 100 S, Lebanon, IN 46052, on Saturday, March 7th, 2026, from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM Eastern Time and also on Sunday, March 8th, 2026, from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM Eastern Time. You can find us in the Farm Bureau Community Building Auditorium, look for the signs around the fairgrounds. Boone County 4-H Fairgrounds offers free parking and they do also offer RV hookups if you want to camp during your visit to The Indiana Gold & Treasure Show. Entry Fee of $5 per person per day for adults, and children 12 and under are free to attend. We will be having door prizes each hour for all paid attendees. We will have Prospecting Gear LLC, along with the Indiana PayDirt Company on site also if you would like to purchase any prospecting equipment or purchase paydirt to take home with you. We will also have a Rock & Mineral Shop, and a Metal Detecting shop on site also besides any other vendors that sign up to display their products. We will also be having the new and improved Indiana PayDirt Company Panning Zone available for you to hone your panning techniques. The Panning Zone will allow you to keep any of the gold that you find for a small donation to the Indiana Gold Prospectors via the purchase of a snuffer bottle at the Panning Zone. More details will be released closer to the event. We will also have a raffle to include gold nuggets, paydirt, prospecting equipment, and some metal detecting supplies. As we get additional donations, we will be posting in the event on Facebook. This raffle you must be present to win, you will receive one free entry ticket with every paid entrance fee, and you will have the ability to purchase additional entries at the Major Prize Raffle Booth. This raffle with start at 4:00 PM on Saturday and at 3:00 PM on Sunday. Do not forget your 2025 Indiana Gold Prospectors Membership Cards, each punch on your card for attending an event that we have sponsored is good for a raffle ticket in our gold nugget raffle. So remember to bring your membership card from 2025 and pick up your new one for 2026. We will also be discussing the 2026 Indiana Gold Prospectors Schedule during the raffle.
