Participants will be guided by Evelyn Haskin, who brings more than 30 years of experience in cross stitching and embroidery. Evelyn will teach foundational techniques and simple stitches as you create your own mini hoop embroidered flower to take home and display.

No experience is necessary. This relaxed, beginner-friendly class is perfect for anyone interested in learning a classic craft and enjoying a creative afternoon inspired by history.

All materials are provided. Participants will leave with a finished mini hoop embroidery piece and the skills to continue stitching at home.

While all are welcomed, this class will have sharp needles and is designed for beginners in embroidery. Children can attend but must to be trusted with a sharp needle. Recommended ages 10 years old and up.
