Join us for a series of yoga classes that build strength in both your mind and body, and leave you feeling calm, energized, and ready to tackle the rest of your day with a more intentional approach. 


Pairing aspects of hatha and gentle vinyasa yoga, you’ll move through gently flowing asana sequences and explore static poses with nuanced movements that allow you to tap into your mental and physical strength. You’ll also experience moments of mindfulness to help you cultivate a deeper sense of awareness and connection, both to yourself and your surroundings. 


As we move and settle into various postures, you’ll be presented with variations when appropriate, allowing you to decide what feels best in your body and whether you need to find more ease or a deeper challenge today.
