- **Event Description**: Hi Everyone!!
This is a friendly reminder that registration for the 2026 Scout Expo (Mall Show) is officially open—and the event is coming up quickly!
The Expo will take place February 2nd–6th, running each evening from 6:00–7:45 p.m. at the Lebanon Valley Mall.

Booth setup will be held on Sunday, February 1st, from 3:00–5:00 p.m., and we’ll kick things off with an Opening Program on Monday at 6:00 p.m.

Throughout the week, Scouts and Cub Scouts can look forward to nightly activities, guest speakers, and hands-on program sessions designed to be fun and engaging for all age groups.
 

We’ll wrap up on Friday evening with a Closing Ceremony, a campfire program, and our awards presentation.

A full breakdown of booth expectations and event details will be included in your Welcome Packet, which will be sent out shortly.
Please remember:

Even if your unit cannot host a booth, you are still invited to attend on any night and enjoy the programs offered!

Merit Badges Offered (Eagle-Required): 

A Merit Badge and Green Bar Program sign-up will be sent out soon so leaders and Scouts can plan ahead.

Scouts BSA members will also have access to a Green Bar Program (similar to Camp Bashore) to help early-rank Scouts work on advancement.

Cub Scouts will get to participate in activities they typically wouldn’t do at a regular den meeting.

We’re also excited to welcome Venturing Crews this year—come out, take part, and compete for the 1st Place Trophy! 

Special Nightly Programs & Demonstrations:
This year features several unique opportunities your Scouts won’t want to miss:

Drunk and Smithy – Nightly Axe Throwing Special
Available every night for Scouts!

They’ll also offer two FREE forging classes (Troop-level Scouts only) on Wednesday, February 4th, at:
6:30 p.m.
7:30 p.m.

Each class is limited to 20 Scouts. That Sign Up will be on a first come first serve basis the night before at the Scout Expo committee table.

Micro Sprint Race Cars:
At some point during the week, local car owners will be bringing micro sprint race cars to display and talk with Scouts about racing and mechanics.

Special Guest Programs Throughout the Week:
Music demonstrations
Magic shows
Pennsylvania State Police demonstrations
More details will be announced as scheduling is finalized.
Red Creek Wildlife Center will be doing a presentation.
 
Friday Night Sleepover:
We are still finalizing the details of the Friday night sleepover. Please keep an eye on upcoming emails for updated information.

Cub Scout Adventure Night:
On one designated evening, we will offer special Pack-level adventures:
Lion: Build It Up, Knock It Down
Tiger: Designed by Tiger
Wolf: Code of the Wolf
Bear: Roaring Laughter
Webelos: Aware and Care
AOL: Estimations

More information will be included in your Welcome Packet when you sign up and future posts.

Theme Choice Due: December 1, 2025

 (Themes: Western, Oldies, or Future—part of our “Back to the Future” event style)

If you haven’t submitted yet, you may still receive your top choice, but it is not guaranteed.

Final Registration Deadline: January 19, 2026

Registering early increases your chances of securing your preferred theme.
