Broadway St., Lebanon, OH 45036). The event includes dinner, Regency Era dancing (with instruction and dance callers), and period card games.Tickets are $65 per person for JASNA and English Country Dance members and $70 per person for non-members. Space is limited, so reserve your spot soon! The deadline to register is Dec. 24, 2025.Dinner will be a choice of buffet line or vegetarian baked squash (indicate your choice when registering)Buffet line meal: Roasted turkey breast, herb crusted pork loin, sauteed green beans (contains butter), mashed Yukon potatoes.Vegetarian meal: Acorn squash (vegetarian and gluten free) stuffed with quinoa, dried cranberries, fresh herbs and walnuts.All meals include garden salad with dressing on the side (ranch or white balsamic vinegar), fresh-baked yeast rolls, blackberry cobbler, coffee, tea, and punch.Dress: Festive, formal attire from any era.Timeline: 5:00 - 5:30 arrival5:30 - 6:30 dinner6:30 - 7:00 break7:00 - 9:00 dancing and cardsQuestions? Currently, masks are not needed.Cancellation/Refund policy:If inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances require us to cancel the event, we will notify you as soon as possible. You can also follow our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/jasnadayton) for updates.If you need to cancel your registration, notify Registration Coordinator Eilanna Price via email at eilannaesp@yahoo.com. A refund, minus any costs already incurred by JASNA CWO on your behalf, will be issued for cancellations received by the registration deadline (December 24, 2025). No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the deadline.We are happy to send a contribution acknowledgement letter for tax declaration purposes if you would like your non-refunded and unused registration fee to become a charitable contribution to JASNA CWO. Please contact JASNA CWO Treasurer Judy McCoy (mccoyjm@sbcglobal.net ) in addition to the registration coordinator to request a contribution acknowledgement.
