Struggling with lack of sleep or insomnia can leave you feeling exhausted and frustrated.
This holistic class is designed to support you if you are seeking more restful sleep through natural, holistic approaches.
We’ll explore: How daily habits can either support or disrupt your rest, the best sleep-supportive nutrition, calming herbal remedies, basic mindfulness and meditation practices, and commonly used supplements.
By the end of the class you will have a multitude of practical tools that you can easily incorporate to support deeper, more restorative sleep by addressing the mind and body as a whole.
There will also be an open Q&A at the end of the class (not limited to the topic of sleep). I have been told that many of you that have come into Miss Pearl’s have had questions about specific conditions, specific products, or about which products would be best for you and I wanted to be available to help each of you in person :)
