All promotions and sales activities must take place within your booth space, except for any demonstrations that were pre-approved by the committee.Considering Offering Health Screenings?If your organization would like to offer one or more public no-cost Health Screenings, there is no charge for offering that service to the attendees. Exhibitors, you may have a booth in the North Hall and an additional location in the Health Screening area. Sponsors, you may have a booth in the Center Hall and additional locations in the Health Screening area. Health Screening choices are assigned on a first come, first served basis.
