Third Annual Holiday Light Parade and Tree Lighting! 
Saturday, November 29, 2025
Starting at 5:00 pm

The holiday season kicks off with a festive light parade leading to the tree lighting on the Town Green, followed by a cozy bonfire behind the library, and a visit from Santa courtesy of the Lebanon Volunteer Fire Department. With open houses in historic buildings around the Green, a candlelit path around the Green courtesy of the Lebanon Boy Scouts.

Join your friends and neighbors for this beloved Lebanon tradition.

Be part of the light parade by decorating your truck, tractor, float, car, or fire department vehicle—and let’s get into the holiday spirit! All are welcome.

Parade Details: We will gather at the far end of Lebanon Town green beginning at 4:00pm. Parade will begin promptly at 5:00pm.

We are requesting for all parade participants refrain from having a Santa as part of their parade float since Santa will be arriving on the last Lebanon Volunteer Fire Department fire truck! We welcome creative decorations for your float or apparatus, but please remember that the Holiday Parade is meant to celebrate the spirit of the season in a way that is inclusive of all cultural traditions rather than representing any single faith. 

Please do not throw anything (confetti, candy or other large objects) during the parade. The route is not lighted, so if you will be walking, please have safety lights for all merry makers not in a vehicle.
