Preys Fruit Barn and Laura at Chiliwist & Raw are partnering to bring you a Sourdough For Beginners Hands On Class located at Preys Fruit Barn in Leavenworth, WA. Laura will teach you all you need to know to bake an artisan sourdough boule from start to finish. You will gain the knowledge and skills on how to mix and strengthen your dough, bulk fermentation, proofing, scoring and baking as well as how to maintain a sourdough starter! You will take home your very own starter, sourdough boule that YOU shape yourself in class, the dough that you mix, recipe card, notebook, PLUS receive a 15% off coupon to shop Preys after the class. Come have a fun and educational evening with us while we sip local wine (water or coffee are also available), enjoy custom charcuterie, and learn a useful (and fun!) skill that your health and tastebuds will benefit from.
Tickets are $99 each and are non-refundable.
