Fermentation Basics

We're already working on our classes for 2026. First to be announced....Fermentation Basics! Fermentation is a great way to preserve food but it makes food taste amazing and provides so much good gut health! In this class, you'll learn the basics of fermentation and you will also go home with the tools needed to do a quart of fermentation (i.e. the airlock and glass fermentation weight).
