LETS RAISE THE VIBRATION through movement... Dance is one of the powerful ways to clear, transmute and uplift energy.  Feel the power of gathering in community to be together in heart centered and embodied ways. Together we can shift the frequency and return to love!

We’re thrilled to gather for our first dance of the season in this beautiful venue with an epic view of Sleeping Lady. Canyon Wren holds a strong, grounding energy and offers plenty of space for us to move, breathe, and be together in presence. We are so lucky to get to be in the space! 

This is such a joyful way to spend your Sunday morning with community and we can't wait to bless up this space! This is more than a dance — it’s a somatic practice of listening to the body and letting movement arise from within. You don’t need to know how to dance. The invitation is simply to notice what’s alive in you and allow it to move through shape, rhythm, and breath. Just show up as you are, there are no expectations, just show up with an open mind! 

In this heart-centered and joyful practice, we create a safe, substance-free container to explore expression, release tension, and return to the natural intelligence of the body. When we move in this way, we give our nervous systems and beings space to unwind and reconnect with what is real and steady beneath all the noise of the world.

What to expect:
? A guided arc of music to support grounding, expansion, release, and integration
? A judgment-free space — no choreography or “right” way to move
? Barefoot, substance-free dance floor (socks welcome)
? Optional contact improv warm-up to connect through playful movement
? A supportive community and container that honors consent and self-expression
We begin and end in a circle together to open and close the container of our journey together. 

Bring water, comfy layers, and an open heart. Come as you are — tender, curious, joyful, or tired. All parts of you are welcome here.
