Tentative Description:
Join the City of Leander and Austin Butterfly Forum for an in-person meeting about this year's Mayor's Monarch Pledge and biodiversity from 7pm to 8:45 p.m. May 28, 2025 (Wednesday) at the Leander Activities Center, 11880 Hero Way West, Suite 600. A Zoom option will be available for those who cannot attend.

The City of Leander hosts this session as a signatory of the National Wildlife Refuge Mayors’ Monarch Pledge. The Mayors’ Monarch Pledge is a national effort to engage local governments to help save the declining population of the monarch butterfly. The tentative agenda includes the City of Leander speaking on this year's Pledge; and returning speaker, Entomologist Mike Quinn, who will speak on biodiversity.
