Need a midweek reset? Join us on Thursday, November 6 for a Guided Wellness Walk.
Fresh air, simple and light movement, and a little boost for your body and mind.
Led by park staff, Lee-Ann, this walk is designed to give you simple, practical tips for feeling your best, all while enjoying a relaxed pace through nature. We’ll begin with some light stretching and simple breathing exercises, then head out for a relaxed walk where you can slow down, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of the park. You’ll also receive an affirmation card and a fun mini challenge to take home – something quick and easy you can do to keep that refreshed feeling going all week.
