​The Summer Solstice is the peak of the year, the moment where the sun burns at its absolute brightest. But as women, the high heat of summer can often find us running on empty, overwhelmed by the pressure to keep performing, holding everyone else, and protecting everyone but ourselves.

​This Midsummer, you are invited to drop the weight.

​This is more than a circle. This is a sacred, grounded sanctuary where you are permitted to bring your raw, messy, honest humanity and hand it over to prayer. This is a space to be truly seen, heard, witnessed, and held, completely protected by the ancient trees, the ancestors who walked before us, and the safe container of sisterhood.

​? The Journey & The Container
​To protect the safety of our circle, this is a fully held journey from start to finish. We ask that all sisters arrive on time so we can cross the threshold together.

​The Silent Threshold: We meet you at the cars and walk in sacred silence into our outdoor forest space. Here, the ancient ones...the Oak, Ash, Hazel, and shamanic Blackthorn stand as guardians, supporting us through the thresholds and into our deep, instinctual truth.

​The Awakening...We gather around the circle for a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony and a grounding meditation with gentle yoga.
​The Fire...An hour and a half of wild, outdoor dancing to shake off our heavy minds and activate our raw vitality under the open sky.
​The Rest ..A deep, silent Yoga Nidra blanketed by the earth, allowing our nervous systems to completely collapse into peace.

​Be truly witnessed: Step out of isolation and into a sanctuary where your presence is honored, protected, and seen by the earth and your sisters.

​Drop the head and enter the body Return to the absolute truth of your physical being.

​Release and express without judgment Whether you need to rage, weep, laugh, or completely collapse, you are safe and welcome here.

​? Important Practicalities:
​This is a 100% outdoor event. Please dress in comfortable layers and bring footwear suitable for walking in nature.
​What to bring: A yoga mat, a warm blanket for the Nidra, a water bottle, and your journal.

​Honoring the Container...Because we are walking into the space as a collective tribe, late arrivals cannot be accommodated once the silent walk begins. Thank you for honoring the time and holding the space safe for all.
