This is a **community event for everyone** — from children to senior citizens, beginners to regular practitioners. � Each year, around **100 participants** take part, reflecting the diversity and unity of our towns.

**� Why We Do It**

Our goal is to **spread awareness about yoga** — a simple yet powerful way to stay **fit, focused, and happy**. By coming together on this day, we celebrate not only yoga but also the **spirit of community well-being**. Over the years, our events have been graced by **local dignitaries**, including our **MP, councillors**, and even the **Consul General of India from Birmingham**, highlighting the importance of this celebration in our town’s cultural calendar. ���
