🧘‍♂️ Mindfulness Through Art: Drawing as Play ✏️

Drawing is a wonderful way to relax, de-stress and express yourself. These gentle monthly drop-in sessions are designed to help you learn simple drawing techniques while experiencing the calming, therapeutic benefits of creative play.

In this 90-minute session you’ll be guided through mindful drawing exercises such as:

✨ Drawing as meditation
✨ “Taking your pencil for a walk”
✨ Drawing your breath
✨ Drawing to music

You’ll be encouraged to let go of perfection, quiet the inner critic and enjoy the simple pleasure of mark-making. No experience is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to play.
