Mesmerising, masterful and multi-award winning, Samuel will transport you to the heart of Spain. He is one of the few guitarists worldwide to continue the tradition of solo flamenco concerts.
Samuel is a true ambassador for his art form, and his recitals bring to life the rich colours, rhythms, and sounds of Andalucía. Between pieces he offers illuminating and thought-provoking insights into the rich culture and history of flamenco, connecting audiences on a deep level to the music they’re hearing. It's an unforgettable experience.
Samuel Moore
Hailed as “a fantastic flamenco guitarist” (BBC Radio 3) and winner of the Vienna International Music Competition (2025) and the Manhattan International Music Competition (2023), Samuel Moore is fast establishing himself as one of the leading musicians of his generation. Since 2007 he has performed in venues across the UK, Europe, and North America. Solo performance highlights include New York’s Carnegie Hall and Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club in London.
When not on tour or recording, Samuel enjoys passing on his musical knowledge through teaching. Notably, he is the author of the ‘Flamenco Guitar Compás Essentials’ book series.
Samuel learnt his craft as a one-to-one student of the world-renowned flamenco guitarists: Juan Martín, Grisha Goryachev and Dennis Koster. He has also attended workshops led by Paco Peña. Samuel is an alumnus of Leeds Conservatoire, class of 2013.
