November Fitness Challenge

**Must OPT IN to be eligible** Join the free challenge and Conquer each milestone by accumulating reps or distance throughout the month.
Earn an entry into our drawing for prizes at for each category completed.

Complete all 3 to receive the MAF challenge series wristband!

Besides working on these in classes and on your own we will host 4 stand alone workouts to focus in on accomplishing these higher rep counts and run totals together with a trainer

11/15 Strength Day with Zee - 10am at MAF
11/22 All Around Day with Marissa - 11am at MAF
