We’ll begin our time together on the beach with a gentle icebreaker and a brief paddle talk to get everyone familiar and comfortable. Once we’re ready, we’ll launch our kayaks and enjoy a 20–30 minute paddle, allowing ourselves to settle into the rhythm of nature.

Once anchored in a calm, quiet space on the water, we’ll move into a 12-minute guided meditation, followed by 12 minutes of mindfulness and reflection. This is your moment to soak in the beauty around you, connect with your breath, and be fully present.

Afterward, we’ll spend a few minutes in conversation—sharing what’s on our hearts, digesting the experience—and then enjoy a 30-minute paddle back to shore.

Kayaks and gear will be provided by Goko Kayaks.

To maintain an intimate and accessible atmosphere, space is limited to 8 participants. 

No prior kayaking or meditation experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to slow down.
