Join us on for an exhilarating Flow & Stretch Yoga Class with a focus on the whole body and mind connection.

This class begins with a gentle warm up for the entire body.  We then start to move our bodies with coordinated breath and movement. This is followed by extensive stretching for a deep release of muscles, tissues, and fascia.  The class will end with a 5-minute Savasana.

The class cost is by donation.  Yoga4All will donate 25% of the proceeds to the Frio Canyon Park Association.
