Treat yourself to this two-hour meditation class improving your ability to stay in the present moment and recognize "story" that does not serve you.

Learn about the nervous system and the difference between real and imagined stress. Also learn and practice different forms of meditation to equip your nervous system on how to cope with stress in a healthy way. Learn tools that you can use daily to improve your quality of life and become more in tune with your internal source. 

Note: This is NOT a two-hour meditation. It is a class teaching different types of meditation with small practices ranging from 5-20 minutes each. Beginners are welcome and would find a lot of benefit.
