Kids and Teens Aerial Workshop: Intro to Hammock

Monday, December 15 | 5:30–6:30 PM | $25 per person | Ages 8+

Curious about aerial hammock? This playful and supportive workshop introduces kids to the basics of aerial movement using the hammock apparatus. They’ll learn fun poses, gentle swings, and simple sequences designed to spark creativity and confidence.

Perfect for beginners or current students looking to stay in the air over our break.
