This session will introduce how the mind and body work together, and how physical awareness can support emotional well‑being. Participants will learn about the role of body-based practices, the science behind stress responses, and simple ways to incorporate grounding and regulation techniques into daily life. The goal of this talk is to build understanding, reduce stigma around seeking support, and offer families practical insights into how somatic approaches can promote overall wellness. All are welcome to attend.
