Mindful Movement + Matchas

Awaken Yoga is on the move and heading to The Workshop inside of Collectivexco at 128 Central Ave SE in LeMars.
If you haven't stepped into this cute space this is a great time to check it out.
Carmen will be leading a gentle flow that is great for beginners with delicious space for dropping in to the body.

Bri from the workshop is going to come up with a special matcha menu for the event and will also have all of their delicious Council Oaks coffees available too for 15% off the morning of the event!! Yummmmm

This is a fun opportunity to move in new ways, in a new space, and try some new things together!
