RV Electrical Systems 101

RV Electrical Systems 101 breaks down all things electrical and builds up you to understand how to diagnose and troubleshoot different electrical components in your RV.

In this course you will learn how to:

• Identify the different components and parts that make up your RV's electrical systems
• Understand how each component operates and functions inside your RV
• Learn about tools needed to make repairs on your RV's electrical system as well as how to use them correctly
• Learn what is and how to identify hot skins via inspection
• Practice and gain hands-on experience via hands-on labs in-class
• Understand the basic of solar technology as well

Safety & Dress Code for Labs:

• PPE will be provided for all attendees of this course (goggles and gloves and must be worn at all times throughout the labs; you may bring your own if desired).
• Closed-toed shoes MUST be worn (no crocs, sandals, or slippers allowed during the conduction of labs)
• Closed lided drinks (water bottles and etc) may be permitted;
  no food is to be consumed during our lab times. Drinks in the course MUST be set aside due to the nature of this course!
• If not dressed appropriately or refusing to wear appropriate PPE during the lab portion of this course you will not be able to particpate and your registration/ticket will not be refunded nor transferrable to another date -- no exceptions- safety first!

About Your Instructor

All ROVER Center Instuctors are RVTI Level 3 and/or RVTI Master Certified Technicians (the only industry approved credential). All instructors share their professional knowledge and expertise from their personal experiences in the field as either independent mobile technicians or dealership affiliated technicians.
