Handstands & Inversions Yoga Workshop

This 2 hour workshop with returning Guest Instructor, Eugene “Bear” Gibbs, will break down how to land your handstand and other inversions with confidence. Learning advanced poses like these takes time, practice, and mental preparation. Learn how to condition your bodies properly using props, partner work, body weight exercises, and of course, yoga! No prior inversion experience is necessary, but prior yoga experience is recommended. The workshop is $55 with Maximus members receiving 15% discount. Preregistration is required.
