Cider and Cheese Pairing

There is a long tradition of pairing cider and cheese and pairing Ironbound’s craft cider with Cherry Grove’s farmstead cheeses is a continuation of this tradition. Join us as we explore the subtle flavors, contrasts and complexities of four different Ironbound Ciders and four of Cherry Grove’s cheeses. Dan and Cam from Ironbound and Rich, our Cherry Grove cheesemonger, will discuss cider tasting technique and offer tips and tricks for pairing cider with cheese. Indulge your senses and relax as they guide you through an informative hour or so of fun and frivolity. You will learn which flavors and combinations appeal to you most. There are no wrong pairings, it’s simply about discovering what you like best.
