We look forward to having another great year! It will be an honor and privilege to have you join us.Registration will be Wednesday, July 16, 2025 from 10:00A- 2:00P. Please arrive during that time to make sure you have all registration completed, and so that we can get you and your campers comfortably situated for camp. The camp week will conclude with campers being released to parents before or by 10:00A on Saturday, July 19, 2025.Bro. Kerry Nelson and Bro. Josh Adams will be preaching the services. Please pray for these men as their hearts are being prepared for this exciting week. We will also be having special singing each night.We have listed just a few rules to insure that camp runs smoothly!Camp Rules:Age requirements: all campers must be 8 by the day of camp and must not be over the age of 18.Camp will be held at our church and campers will be expected to behave accordingly. Let's not forget this is the Lord's house!The cost of camp is $50 per camper. This includes all meals, snacks, t-shirts, drinks, Bible (if needed), etc. This fee has generously been covered for the first 300 campers this year.Campers should wear pants or shorts to the knee for daytime activities.Pants MUST be worn at night to the services. No shorts allowed in the sanctuary.Campers must bring their Bibles to camp. We will be using the King James Bible. Bibles provided upon request.Campers will NOT be allowed to bring cell phones to camp. This new addition is for the safety and privacy of all campers. Should campers need to make phone calls to parents or employers they can use a camp counselers phone at any time upon request. There will also be a list of contacts for parents to reach out to or check in on their campers if needed. **Campers with a medical need to have a phone on their person will be made exception.Campers that drive to camp must turn in keys to a counselor upon arrival. Campers that have to leave to go home or to work will be given their keys at anytime needed once they have followed appropriate check-in/check-out procedures.Camp Supplies:All clothing and personal belongings must be labeled with first and last name. Please label clothing tags or bands as well to help identify if lost or misplaced.Beds unfurnished are provided for each camper. Campers will need to bring sheets (twin- twin XL), blankets, sleeping bag, pillow, etc.Shower facilities are provided. Campers will need to bring any toiletries and showering necessities such as shampoo, soak, towel, wash cloth, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc.Campers must bring enough clothes for the week. We will provide day and night shirts.Campers will NOT be allowed to bring electronics such as iPads, games or iPods.Campers that take medicine must turn it in at time of registration with instructions for how it is to be given. Any health concerns, medical conditions, allergies, etc. MUST be documented /discussed and checked in with our medical team upon arrival to camp.Campers should have sunscreen with them. We will be outside during the day on Thursday and Friday.Campers are expected to be safe, kind, fair, and respectful during camp.
