Somagik Breathwork is the art and science of awakening to your body’s natural rhythms. It blends SOMA (the living, sensing body) with MAGIK (the subtle, intuitive, creative forces that move through you). Together, they create a path toward authenticity, aliveness, and inner SAFETY. 

✨It works by combining music, therapeutic breathwork, sensory awareness, wonder, and playful imagination, so you experience a gentle release and reset that is embodied and creative, NOT overwhelming. (I love bringing in the nostalgia - with 80's/90's/2000's music to give you a smile + open your heart!)

✨This is a restorative class. It was created for sensitive humans who prefer a greenhouse to grow in - low lighting, perfect temperature, etc. verses overstimulating environments. 

✨This 90-minute class has been intentionally crafted as monthly sessions designed to support your body through the natural rhythms of the winter into spring.

Each class offers a new theme: 

✨January: A New Years Journey - Restore baseline regulation, and plant the “theme” of the year in your body.

✨February: Nourishing self-love and inner warmth 

✨March: Clearing winter stagnation 

✨April: Reawakening your energy body 

✨May: Expanding your capacity just in time for summer.

This series is perfect for anyone wanting to build inner safety, deeper nervous system support, emotional clarity, or just a monthly moment to reconnect with themselves.
