- Freeform Dance: to move all that lives within you - rage, joy, grief, desire - it is all welcome. No steps to learn, weirdness welcomed.

Guided Meditation: to settle & ground in the breath

Plus other mindfulness practices, all held in beloved QT community.

Come just as you are.  No cost to attend, but registration is appreciated.
