Monday Night Beginners Trail Run Presentation

There are so many great running groups in Lawrence, but have you heard about the Lawrence Trail Hawks Monday night beginners group?! We think it’s one of the best in town.
Their leader, Justin Douglas, will be at our store Wednesday, February 4th to give a presentation on their group and answer all of your questions.
This is a presentation perfect for anyone who is interested in trying out trail running and would like to meet fun and nice people with whom to share some miles!
You don’t HAVE to be a beginner to enjoy this group: experience people are encouraged to attend too!!
