Why Plunge?
Get ready for the coolest pool party of the year, all in support of Special Olympics Kansas! Bring your friends, coworkers, family—or take the plunge solo—and help raise funds to provide year-round sports training, health and nutrition programs, leadership opportunities, and inclusive experiences for athletes with intellectual disabilities.
Whether you’re jumping in or cheering from dry land, your involvement makes a meaningful difference.

Date & Time: February 21, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.
Location: Billy Mills Middle School – 2734 Louisiana St., Lawrence, KS 66046
Purpose: Funds raised at this event go toward Special Olympics Kansas programming—supporting athlete meals, competitions, healthy communities, and inclusion.
Fundraising Impact Example: A donation of $50 helps provide five athlete meals at a Special Olympics event.
How to Get Involved

- Fundraise or donate—every dollar supports Special Olympics Kansas athletes.
