Weave your very own Market Basket with Mary May Baskets

Visiting artist Mary May, of Mary May Baskets, will be instructing at JO’s Oyster Garden as part of the Fall Series classes.

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

Spend the day weaving a well-made, traditional market basket. This basket is woven with the use of a basket mold. All tools and instruction will be provided by the instructor.

Allow approximately 4 hours for weaving and 2 hours for finishing. All baskets will be completed within this timeframe.

All levels of experience welcome, however, must be able to use your hands.
