We will begin with a curated antipasto spread while you sip & get to know our chef — the perfect way to ease into the evening.
Pizzaiolo Roberto from Pranzetto Pizza, trained in Italy, will guide you step-by-step through the art of authentic Neapolitan pizza — from fermentation and dough preparation to stretching, topping & baking.
Indulge in your creations fresh from the oven, and take home fresh dough to keep practicing your new skills.
We’ll end the evening with sweet treats — because no evening is complete without a little dolce.
