Avec Matthieu Ricard et Christophe André, il a signé Trois Amis en quête de sagesse, un immense succès public. Il est aussi acteur, scénariste et réalisateur (La face cachée, Presque).Le public apprécie notamment son honnêteté et ses outils pratiques pour cultiver la gentillesse, la joie et la résilience dans la vie quotidienne.A propos de Mingyour RinpochéMingyour Rinpoché est un enseignant de méditation bouddhiste qui a grandi dans la région frontalière entre le Tibet et le Népal.
