She has pledged to match every $1 received, every can of food donated, bag of litter, bag of formula, EVERYTHING up to a $10,000 donation at this IN PERSON mobile unit event.

The sad reality is in the state of our economy today, animals are being forced to take a back seat in many homes. The number of pets surrendered or dumped is the highest in a decade. People cannot afford to spay/neuter their pets, they can barely afford to feed their pets, cost of pet ownership is increasing by the day. Our rescue intakes orphaned sick, injured, kittens and nursing moms who are in desperate need of help in order to have a chance at survival. If a pet parent cannot afford to care for their own pets, they cannot afford to care for strays (in most cases). For this reason, our intake requests are nonstop. People WANT to help, most times they simply cannot AFFORD to help. We try our best to intake anybody in urgent need of care; however each newborn we acquire is an approximate $400 commitment from our nursery. We rarely turn away orphan newborns because they have nowhere else to go. They deserve a chance at survival too.

Your Giving Tuesday gift could mean the difference between life and death, literally. Your donation could extend an opportunity for a kitten to be hand raised in a loving indoor foster home then adopted into a wonderful forever family, and being destined with an outdoor short life of struggle, predators, illness, injury, and early death.
