We Dance Barefoot: To ground ourselves and connect with the floor (clean socks are also fine!).? We Dance in Silence: No talking on the dance floor. This allows the dance to become a deep internal meditation and a playground for non-verbal connection. [1]? We Dance Sober: This is a 100% drug, alcohol, and vape-free container. We get high on the music, the movement, and the community.? We Dance Present: No phones, cameras, or recording devices are allowed in the movement space.
