Bring your favourite pillow and blanket for this one...a guided resting meditation including Meditation Creations held in the tranquil and peaceful space in the Wellness Hub at St Luke's, Launceston, Tasmania.

This 45 minute restorative practice allows participants to create their own comfortable resting space using yoga mats, pillows and blankets ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for relaxation and creativity.

From this very blissful state, transition to your choice of a Meditative Play with Clay or your own Peaceful Paint with Watercolours. The Facilitator will email attendees on registration to confirm choice of Clay or Watercolours.

All ArT supplies are included. (You are invited to bring a pillow and blanket, wear comfortable, loose clothing and socks and your own mat if you have one otherwise yoga mats are available for free at the wellness hub).

Anna has been a Member of Yoga Australia and has extended studies in the Science of Yoga Nidra, and is also a registered and practising teacher with post-graduate qualifications and experience in trauma aware education.

She recently presented at the Creative Arts Mental Health Form 2025 at Inverloch, Victoria to Allied Health & Creative Art Therapist Specialists. She facilitates these sessions at retreats both on the Sunshine Coast and interstate and offers Yoga Nidra at Yoga Festivals.
