Welcome to our first Sweat Lodge here on the sacred lands of Cornwall.
We gather in the womb of Pachamama on Saturday, 20th September 2025 in Launceston, Cornwall.

About the Sweat Lodge

The sweat lodge is a sacred, safe space, a place to go within so that we don’t go without.
The heat humbles us, dissolves the ego, and invites deep healing. In the darkness of the lodge, representing the womb of Mother Earth, we connect with both the seen and unseen worlds, opening to visions, renewal, and spiritual connection.

Your Guides:

Phil Rowe: Brings many years of experience in attending and pouring sweat lodges. He was initiated into this sacred practice by an elder of the old ways, and today continues to pour lodges and teach others how to build and pour them.

Lorraine Gibson, 28 years as a Christ consciousness healing practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, intuitive energy healer, ecstatic dance facilitator, and more. 

Lorraine will also be serving beautiful ceremonial cacao, and if it aligns, may offer an ecstatic dance journey as an additional experience at a small extra cost.

Together, they weave experience, create a safe space with intuition, and respect for the traditions of our elderd into this healing ceremony.

Personal Investment, £45

£30 non-refundable deposit secures your space. The remaining £15 is payable in cash on the day. Please reference your deposit with the sweat lodge date.

After booking, you’ll be added to our private Signal group for updates and guidance.

Tradition: It is customary in many tribes to bring a gift for the fire keepers and sweat lodge pourers. This act of gratitude honours our ancestors, the ceremony, and each other. This is optional ? 

Food

After the sweat lodge, we will share a homemade vegan soup.
Please also bring food to contribute to our community meal, fruit, bread, cheese, dips, crisps, biscuits, etc.
