Modalities & Practices We’ll Work With: Each circle weaves together practical and intuitive tools, including: EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to safely release emotional charge, beliefs and stored stress Flower & Vibrational Essences to support emotional, energetic and soul-level shifts Guided reflection and inquiry Nervous system friendly practices Energetic and somatic awareness Occasional complementary techniques drawn from holistic and shamanic traditions You don’t need prior experience with any of these modalities, as you’ll be guided step by step in a grounded, accessible way. About Me ~ Morwenna Brady I am a trained holistic practitioner with experience in EFT, flower and vibrational essences, Reiki, sound therapy and shamanic practices. More importantly, this work is not theoretical for me, it is lived. My own path has involved navigating trauma, grief, chronic illness, neurodivergence, deep inner rebuilding and the long, often non-linear process of dismantling limiting beliefs and self-sabotage while learning to live in greater alignment with my true self. I understand how subtle and persistent these inner patterns can be. How powerful it is to work with them gently, safely and holistically, rather than through force or self-judgement. I offer this circle as someone who walks beside you, not above you. Holding space, offering tools and guiding the process with compassion, depth and integrity.
