Under the light of the full moon, you’re invited to slow down, exhale, and sink into an evening of deep rest.
This is your gentle pause at the end of the week – a soft, nurturing space where you don’t have to hold everything together. Simply arrive, lie back and allow yourself to be guided into stillness.
In this 90-minute experience you’ll be held through:
A grounding arrival ritual to settle your nervous system
Guided relaxation to gently quiet the mind
Soothing sound and spacious stillness to support deep rest
Time to journal, reflect and integrate before you head home
You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer and a little more like yourself again – with your cup refilled and your edges softened.
Yoga mats, bolsters and pillows provided. Please bring your own blanket (recommended) and an eye mask if you would like to use one. Please also bring along your favourite mug to enjoy some delicious cacao and a journal and pen to record your thoughts.
