I'd love to invite you along to a guided relaxation and sound bath that I'll be holding at St Luke's.

Life can be busy, and it's easy to keep pushing through without taking a moment to slow down. This hour is simply an opportunity to pause, take a breath and allow yourself some time away from the constant doing.

We'll begin with a gentle guided relaxation to help you settle, before you relax into the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls. You don't need any experience, and you don't need to know how to meditate. Just come as you are and allow yourself to be supported for the hour.

People often tell me they leave feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded than when they arrived. It's amazing what even one hour of intentional rest can do for both the body and the mind.

Whether you've been feeling overwhelmed, carrying a lot, or you simply need a quiet hour to yourself, I'd love to welcome you.
