Awakening the Medicine Drum is a one-day immersive workshop inviting you to deepen your relationship with your drum and rediscover your own natural rhythm.

Held in a cosy, nature-held space on North Dartmoor, we’ll spend the day exploring rhythm, voice, journeying and elemental ceremony — gently building confidence and learning how to use the drum for grounding, healing and personal practice.

This is not about musical skill or performance.
It’s about connection, intuition, and remembering the ancient pulse within you.

During the day we’ll explore:
🥁 Foundational drum techniques and steady healing rhythms
🎶 Singing, toning and voice with the drum
🌿 Guided drum journey to meet your drum ally and inner guidance
✨ Self-healing practices using vibration and sound
🌬 Clearing and blessing your space through rhythm
🔥 Closing fire ceremony for release, intention and prayer
