Meet the wonderful Amy...
Amy is a holistic life coach working here at The Well-being Cafe. She has a background in various holistic therapies and mindfulness, she is also a trauma informed coach.
Amy can support you with any difficulties and struggles including stress, anxiety, addiction, bereavement and depression. Coaching is quite different from counselling or other forms of therapy, there is no need to go back into the past, it is much more focused on where you are now and where you want to be in your life. If you are feeling stuck or overwhelmed or would like some support and guidance you can book in a 1:1 session or a block of sessions.
We have a separate room for sessions within the café for your privacy and confidentiality.
Sessions are held every Tuesday between 9.30am - 3pm.
