Immerse yourself in nature, yoga, breathwork and rest. This small group day retreat will give you some proper me-time, in which you can refill your cup and leave feeling refreshed and revived.

Your day will include: 

A welcome treat and cuppa on arrival

Opening circle

Guided meditation

A luscious 75-90min yoga class (all levels welcome)

A tasty lunch (vegetarian or vegan, just let me know your preference)

A guided walk through the beautiful surrounding countryside (or an bonus yoga class if it’s raining)

Afternoon tea and treats

A restorative yoga session and Yoga Nidra (for some juicy deep rest)
